Background

Michael has an excellent knowledge of the Italian language acquired through 18 years of schooling in Italy. He has an equally good knowledge of the English language acquired in working for American companies and living continuously in the United States for almost 20 years. In addition, he has successfully completed several English courses at local colleges. He has excellent communication skills in both languages and has always had a strong interest in writing. His credits include numerous books and articles published in both Italian and English.

Michael's professional career includes technical, managerial and executive positions with emphasis on product development, marketing and sales for high technology companies. He is particularly familiar with technical documentation (user manuals, technical reference manuals, product literature, catalogs) and business communications and management (contracts, proposals, sales brochures, sales training, advertising). He has done free-lance translation work at the professional level since 1981.
